Freshman football is scheduled at Sierra High on Thursday

Mountain House High School lists freshman football at Sierra High School on Thursday, October 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. The calendar identifies the Manteca venue at 1700 Thomas Street. This is a separate freshman fixture from the JV and varsity home date reported in an earlier edition, so the teams, day and location should not be combined. The current calendar controls if the school changes the time or venue.

An away evening game involves more than the published kickoff window. Families should verify departure and return arrangements through the team, while spectators should check host-school entry, parking and ticket information. Mountain House Live does not estimate traffic, crowd size or weather at the field. The edition's top strip provides weather and regional closure notices with timestamps, not a personalized route time.

The story omits student names and competitive predictions. The photograph shows a different high-school football game and is used solely as a rights-cleared contextual image. It does not show Sierra High, MHHS players or the October 8 field condition. Any injury, allegation or other sensitive incident would require review and would not be added automatically.

Supporters can prepare by reopening the calendar on Thursday, locating the authorized entrance and following the host's current spectator policies. Students should rely on coaches and official school communication for equipment, reporting and transportation instructions. A verified final score may justify a later update; absent that, the advance item should be archived after the event rather than presented again as new.

Keeping the freshman event distinct from other football dates prevents a common calendar error: combining teams that play at different venues or on different days. The article therefore retains the level, opponent, away campus and published time as one unit. A household looking only at a general football schedule could otherwise make the wrong transportation plan. The source link lets readers confirm the exact entry close to Thursday without relying on a screenshot or copied community calendar that may no longer be current.

The dated edition preserves the planning facts as verified on October 5. It does not promise that weather, staffing or another school decision will leave them unchanged. That is why the source and retrieval date appear beside the article. A reader returning later can compare the archived notice with the live school page and see whether the responsible publisher revised the entry.

Verification and use note: this report was compiled 2026-10-05T04:18:00-07:00 from the directly linked Mountain House High School official events calendar. The stated source date is Event October 8, 2026; calendar verified October 5, 2026. Readers should separate the publisher's dated facts from Mountain House Live's identified local analysis and reopen the original page before acting, because schedules, capacity, eligibility, registration, weather and operating details can change after compilation. This report does not claim an eyewitness visit, independent attendance count, endorsement, guaranteed place, live condition or organizer approval. If the official page changes, the newer official notice controls; this dated edition remains a record of what was verified at compilation.
